ADM 624 Week 3 dq 2
n America, national planning is said to be an un-American activity. This is due to the fact that there are planning bodies that are not American based. Most of the planning done in America is an activity of the French people. In the past, America relied heavily on plan that was done in accordance to the constitution (Montgomery, 2011). However, there were barriers which affected the planning activity which led to the creation of a federal government. The federal government was aimed at overcoming all the barriers of planning that originated from the articles of association. One of the bodies which participate in planning for the American state is the Council of Economic Advisors among others.
Besides the CEA, there are other bodies which include the Federal government at large and other French bodies. The Federal government has made plans on how there will be the implementation of important strategies that will enable other bodies perform different changes that will be needed for Americans. The American state has profound plans which are in most cases formulated by the French people. This is due to the fact that America experiences an economy worth the management by third parties. Some of the plans that have made America successful include the Gallatin Plan which was implemented in the year 1808 which was aimed at facilitating the development of roads and other infrastructure (Reagan, 2000). National Conservation and Development is another body which assists the Americans in making plans that will enable America overcome some of its challenges that pertain to planning. The American government does have plans of expanding its different plans through implementation of planning bodies that will be American based to assist the international planning bodies.
