Compare Google with Facebook. In terms of the five forces of competition, do you feel these companies view one another as competitors? Why or why not?

In my opinion I feel that Google and Facebook likely view each other as competitors through the five forces of competition. This is because the first force threat of new entrants has many similarities to the two companies. They compete for the same market, similar pricing structures, and access to distribution are all about the same amongst the two companies. Users or buyers of the two companies often have similar options although each also offers some differing points of views.
