Discuss the role of organizational controls and explain their importance.

“Organizational control includes developing rules, guidelines, procedures, limits or other protocols for directing the work and processes of employees and departments.” As such I believe that controls can make a business succeed by implementing processes from how to do a service or something all the way to proper uniform or dress code. The importance could be massive, such as financial stability and increased productivity. I think organizational controls can help departments of a company work together, whether through certain policies or communications requirements. Additionally organizational control pulls the company out of disorganization and into some semblance of balance whereby a company com optimize production and keep legal matters secure.
