Ethics are morals that one holds on to even no one is watching. They impact the way one will think on a matter depending on what they believe. One must understand all points of view of others even if he or she does not believe in them. Most of our decisions are unreflective, pre-packaged, and unconscious. If your habits justify your needs and meet the desires, then they are good for you. Ethics imply judgment. It is more than compliance and conformity. When there a conflict between the common interest and self-interest or two or more moral, then there is a judgment. The informed opinion thus is ethics. (Cavender, & Kahane, 2009).
