Agency stakeholders involves different parties which help to build and define any organization, they form the foundations to any business. The running of an organization takes different entities who work and perform different duties to ensure the affairs of an organization are achieved. The board may bring an example of political aspect in the organization, this is because it is responsible in making the main appointments in the organization. The board is in turn selected by the old directors of the organization. The board may also be divided leading to the formation of coalition amongst them. If division takes place within the executive members, their will rise political interest as they would have different needs and goals in running the organization. The media may be used to run the political field of an organization, this is because the media may be used by the competitors to create a certain perception about the organization. This create a certain type of perception about the services offered by the organization with comparison to its competitors (Mitchell, et al, 2016).
For the medical practitioners, they may influence the perception of the public in the business, the perception they give may be positive or negative based on the interest the employees have. Positive influence creates a strong base for the growth of the organization as they provide better services to the public hence the positive perception. The employees may also develop conflict within the organization which may lead to political conflict within the organization. Conflicting parties within the organization may play politics to ensure they have their way out. Some may act with the aim of preserving their job while others may play politics with the aim of gaining personal interest. The most effective politics in an organization comes when the executive fails to form a coalition through which they can make decisions hence affecting the effective running of the organization (Mitchell, et al, 2016).
