You are to select a leader and interview that leader on his/her

leadership philosophy and experiences. The essence of this assignment is to pick a leader and
obtain insight from the leader about his or her perspectives on various leadership
topics/experiences. I leave it to you to decide what’s interesting in terms of questions, however,
the essence of the assignment is that the reader should gain a perspective of that leaders’
philosophy and also gain insight into what constitutes effective leadership from that particular
leader’s vantage position. You must write a 3 page double spaced paper (not including
references or title page) synthesizing the essence of your interview. Remember to stick to the 3-
page limit, as the assignment should not exceed three pages.
