A vision statment is a declaration of that of what a companies goals are.
A mission statment is a formal statement that aims the companies values.
Nike’s mission statement is “To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world.”
The legendary University of Oregon track and field coach, and Nike co-founder, Bill Bowerman said, “If you have a body, you are an athlete.”
Bowerman was a teacher who showed athletes the secrets to achievement. Nike invites you to experience all innovative and inspiring Nike products.

Nike labels that it will serve all atheletes and so you go, well im not an athelet. But they engineer this so that by the co-founder statment that all people are athletes. If you ask me, thats simple genious.
