This session will give each individual the chance to express their emotions and also understand and respect each other’sfeelings. Will also use CBT principles to help Paul to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy behaviors. And also encourage and motivate him to improve on his school attendance. The objective for this goal is for me and Paul to develop and recognize activities and behaviors that promotes and cause Paul’s problems so we can address it and to discover healthy coping strategies to help him stay healthy and manage his anxiety level.
