After training, the following processes and procedures are expected to change: the mentoring processes, this is the process in which one employee coaches and acts like a guide to another or more than one employee. Through the training on interpersonal skills there will be appropriate feedbacks which will consist of the goal-settings and evaluations of their mentees, this will provide a better career paths for the mentees hence increasing their perfomance in the organization.

Through the interpersonal skills training the leadership procedure will change where the leaders will start leading by example. The communication process will also change in the organization where the conveyance of ideas from one employee to another or to the leaders is projected to improve, this includes both the non-verbal communications and verbal communications (Aguinis & Kraiger, 2009). The problem solving skills will also be highlighted where the process in which the company members take to solve conflicts will change to better ones either between the employees or even groups in the organization, this includes the negotiation and agreements reached when the employees differ. The empathy amongst the employees will also change and the teamwork increase.

The training strategies will include training the employees on active listening skills, this will involve the process in which the employees will have to repeat what their coworkers say in order to grasp and fully understand what they mean. Using polite words and appreciating words such as good work and thank you can help boost the workers morale because of the feeling of being appreciated for their help or even hard work in the organization. Through this appreciation, the coworker will mostly be likely to extend their helping hand to you in the future willingly and also they are likely to do better work to impress their supervisors. After the training the workers are expected to give gratitude to others for work well done, this will boost the morale of the working area and increase the profitability of the company.

Lastly, the workers will be trained on how to use their interpersonal skills to promote a positive working environment, the working environment will be positive if all the employees are happy and satisfied in their working conditions. It will improve the employee’s innovation and creativity which will ensure that there is high productivity in the company also the reduction of work stress. The workers will be trained how to offer assistances to one another without invading personal work privacy.

The company will offer support to the employees receiving the training through implementing a policy for the training exercise, this will include how often the training has to be done in terms of yearly, the types of interpersonal skills mandatory for the employees to be trained on, the company shows support for the training also through allocating time for the employees to be trained, this will ensure that there are no interruptions in the training workshop (Wilson, 2014). Lastly, the company will show their support by allowing the new interpersonal skills learned from the workshop to be used in day-to-day activities in the organization so that they become the company’s culture.

In conclusion, the interpersonal training in the organization is essential to meet the company goals which include the better communication, positive relations in the workplace, trust building and problem solving in the organization. The training will be through a workshop where all the members of the company will be involved. The training will involve appreciation skills, better listening skills and interpersonal skills for better leadership and mentorship in the company all these are aimed at fostering good coworker relationships to ensure collaboration in the workplace which will translate to high profitability in the company.
