please share the results of your stress self-assessment. Identify one stress factor to modify and provide suggestions on how you would modify this.

In taking the Individual Stress Test, I scored 43-70; it is consider being below average for coping with stress. Just out of curiosity, I took the second test Holmes and Tahe Stress Scale. My scored interpretation of being stressed was over a 300 and I am high risk in becoming ill. I stress about everything and take on other people problems. When I began taking online classes, I experienced with moodiness along with the headaches and high blood pressure that I already had.
One stress factor that I would like to try to modify is what I have always stress about is school. I am an over thinker and doing schoolwork is difficult because I over analyze everything and make it into more than what it needs to be. I am modifying my stress by using the good stress to give me energy, inspire my creativity and help drive me to deliver my best work(Stress Management, 2000). It is hard for me because I have so many people who depend on me to be there for them. I am slowly learning to take care of me first.
