PSY 100 Topic 3 DQ 2
In the Topic 3 Readings, from the Six Dimensions of Wellness, identify one area of strength and one area of weakness. Using your strength, how will you adjust your weakness?

The one area of strength I identify from reading The Six Dimensions of Wellness is Physical wellness. I had so much life changes in the past year with sickness, surgeries, and school that I put my exercising goal on a back burner. When I get home for work after working 10 plus hours a day without a break, checking on my mother, and listening to my daughter’s school and dance life stories. I am exhausted. I identify my strengths with intellectually wellness. I am also curious about discovering the world possibilities. My favorite TV station is the Discovery Channel or any reading material that involves a subject that interest me in continuous learning. I also, enjoy sharing my gifts of creativity with others and problem solving (The Six Dimension of Wellness. n.d.). I would use my strengths by incorporating creative ways to exercise. Now that I think about it, instead of communicating through the phone I already physically walk to give a message or ask for information.
