Hello Ebere,
I am impressed with your post because it highlights the essential elements required for leadership. I agree that the work environment can be stressful due to major complexities in the nursing field. Furthermore, effective teamwork involves a shared goal that drives other nurses toward achieving it (Broome & Marshall, 2021). Therefore, transformational leaders must have better skills and abilities to lead other member teams in creating a well-coordinated culture to deliver the best results to the organization.
Besides, I agree that one needs to demonstrate transformational leadership as a manager. Notably, a manager must be hardworking to ensure the best transformation happens in a given nursing environment. I concur with the assertion that any leader needs to be dedicated and approachable to deliver the best results to the team (Clark, 2018). Therefore, the team needs to be well organized to deliver the best objectives from a well-coordinated working environment, especially in nursing. In general, you provided a better post because you precisely highlighted the key elements in improving the leadership roles in delivering the best results to the system.
