After reading lecture 2, it helped me understand more of what the objectives, the assignment and the rubrics are. The objectives explain what you will be able to do by the end of the topic/assignment. You should read the objectives closely so you understand the point of the assignment. The objectives are important for completing the assignment because it helps you understand and focus on the objectives of the reading before doing so. Assignments are what show that you have successfully learned the objectives. Make sure you read the directions a couple times, which will be important for completing the assignment. The rubric is what the instructor uses to grade your assignment. You should always look over the rubric to make sure you got all the correct information and get a good grade. The rubric is important for completing the assignment because without it you wouldn’t know what the teacher is grading your paper on. One of the main things I have learned from the readings and class so far to be successful in completing assignments accurately and efficiently is to go over the course materials. There you will find everything you need to complete assignments. I would also say time management is key for doing it well because you’re not being rushed to finish and you can make sure you have went over and read the objectives, assignment and the rubric.
