Although it is a good idea, some people may not want their situation to be broadcasted for everyone to see, even though it was a great idea and a wonderful marketing angle. Along with that issue, the legal code of the client and their privacy as far as what’s discussed is at hand and could very well put your job and company’s reputation on the line. Legally, that option probably wouldn’t be best because it violates the legal code ethically that protects the client and their right to privacy concerning what’s being discussed. By respecting those testimonies, you would like to use by asking the client for their permission first is always the best option to protect yourself and the vulnerability of the client as well. - A good way to strategize would be to get actual people who have utilized your company, to record their experience or even create a pamphlet that explains all that is offered and even have people who have up close and personal experience with your company to give accurate, honest opinions concerning their service with your company. By doing this, you are able to not only put a face to a name, but also give people who are interested within the services of the company an opportunity to see a person who have utilized it, and may or may have not been successful, however you give people the honest truth, which will in turn always continue to build your reputation for good honest help and treatment for issues that people cannot handle by themselves. Another good way to strategize would be to hire people who have completed treatment, and give them jobs such as an assistant or someone who may take calls so that the people who may call in with questions, would be able to gain an honest opinion concerning the work ethic and how well the psychologists are able to help them deal with their issues and what to do to combat them.
