The setting and potential subjects

Implementing the proposed solution must involve strategies that will ensure the correct setting and access to the intended population. A research setting is one that the participants will be comfortable in, the most important thing is selecting a subject that fits the study. This will be done by approaching the people in the specified geographic area and identifying persons with the characteristics stated. Selecting a subject is just the first step, before starting the research, consent from the subject must be available. Consent involves letting the subject understand the risks, benefits, methods used, details and duration of the research (Nusbaum, 2017).  Participation must be voluntary after revealing the truth about the research.

Time needed to complete the project

The project will be completed in three months. There are several steps involved in the research most of which can take weeks. Adequate time is needed because some of the procedures in data collection are repetitive. The timeline includes a literature review on the subject, identifying the objectives and aims of the project and analyzing the literature review results.  This is followed by drafting the budget and coming up with the project goal. There must also be time to get advice from mentors, educators and other people in the same field. Afterwards, a proposal will be drafted for about three weeks since there has to be editing and approval from the tutor. The following weeks will be used on data collection and analysis and then the compilation of the whole research for submission.

The resources

Human resources are the most important requirements in research. The group will have to divide so they can handle the parts of the project. For instance, the literature review requires going through some sources, and also data collection needs interviewing some people. The other resources needed are the transport means, finances, and items appropriate for a clinical setting. Items like notebooks, gloves, recording means, sanitary and personal items and necessary.

Methods and instruments

The method of data collection is qualitative and quantitative methodologies.  The instruments include interviews, questionnaires, surveys, observations, oral history and using records (University of Minnesota, 2019).  Interviews will enable us to get the data from the subject, observation is relating the collected data or getting new ones from how they behave and survey is relating the environment to the data is fed in the computer. Oral history, on the other hand, explains things that the subject engages in but is not recorded while records show the previous behaviours of the participant.

Training the researchers is important because most clinical researches involve the use of technology and medical items. Part of the training involves reminding the team how to behave around the subjects. Among the other things to be trained about is the ethical consideration during the process including the importance of consent and confidentiality.

Data collection

Data collection will include interviews, filling forms and observations. These activities will be conducted differently and on different days because a tired subject might not be productive. The whole t5eamn will be involved in data collection depending on the variables being studied. Data analysis and interpretation will be handled after all the collected information is fed in the computer. After the calculation, the team will interpret the results concerning the used methods.

Strategies to deal with barriers and the feasibility of the plan.

Barriers and limitations are common in researches. It is however easy to manage them by having ready strategies and plans. For instance, lack of cooperation by the participant will be managed by having another potential subject in waiting. Financial trains will be managed by following a tight budget and time barriers will be evaded by dividing duties. This implementation plan is feasible because of the prior planning and budgeting. The presence of adequate resources also supports the feasibility. The cost will be managed because the whole team will equally contribute and stay within the budget.

Plans to maintain, extend, revise, and discontinue a proposed solution after implementation.

After the research is complete, the team will not rest but keep examining and analyzing the new trends in the same field. The discontinuation will only be after the topic has been fully explained and up to date with the modern clinical issues.
