SCI 241 Week 1 Check Point ( A+Material )
Below is the average of the three days of tracking my diet. My calories, protein and carbs were higher than the recommended levels and I ate light the past three days so I am sure they average higher than what I listed. I am a very active and slender built man, I believe my body needs and uses this extra energy otherwise I do not believe I could have maintained a weight of 145-165 the past 12 years.
My fiber is lower than I would like to have it at and my sodium level is alarming, I will have to pay closer attention to these items in the future. Fruits are currently out of season so my fruit intake is lower than it is during the spring and summer months, vegetables are not often consumed at all. I do not like green vegetables and I do not see this changing, in order to supplement the vitamins I am missing out on I should look at a good multivitamin.
