Good morning,
My name is NAME and I am here on behalf of the residents of Riverside.
Major concerns of operating procedures of the Kardell Paper Co have been brought to our attention. We understand that a byproduct, Sonox, is being discharged into the river which may be causing water contamination. Several healthcare providers and officials in the community believe the Sonox contamination is contributing to the increased rate of individuals who are having miscarriages, birth defects, and respiratory problems; some of these people experiencing health issues could be employed by Kardell. Even though Sonox has not been a proven factor of the health issues, the community is facing deep concerns about the discharge. We, as citizens of Riverside, believe this matter needs to be addressed immediately.
